Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival

MD Fiber Arts Studio Tour - FAST

This is a semi-annual show, held usually in March and late summer.  The event is in Norther Virginia.   This is an intimate juried venu for knitters and spinners with a unique art and production spinning circle during the show.  For more information, click link below:
This is one of the two largest of it's kind festivals in the United States and perhaps the world.  There are hundereds of vendors, farms, sheep & wool related activites/events, and thousands of attendies.  We have a large tent down near the sheep dog trials, called the Lower Corrall.   MDS&W is held the first weekend in May at the Howard Co. Fairgrounds, for more:
This is the first annual Mid-Maryland Fiber Arts Studion Tour.  It features about a dozen stops with completely unique indie fiber artists in thier own spaces.   All the stops are within a few miles of the i-70 corridor.  For more intormation see thier Facebook page.

Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival

Fall Fiber Festival - Montpelier

This show has been running for more than 3 decades, and is well known for the sheep dog trials.  It is on the grounds of James Madison's Estate at Montpelier in Orange VA.  We are an outside indiviual tent on the main street, usually near the llamas and information booth.
This festival is in the heart of the Shenandoah valley very near Harpers Ferry, WVA in the town of Berryville, VA.   It has grown exponentially since its first year.  We are located in the Show Pavillion near the Angora Goat Show in Barn 1.  For more information:

Maryland Alpaca & Fleece Festival

One of the two largest of it's kind festivals in the United States and perhaps the world - a crown jewel of fiber shows. Hosting an enormous selection of vendors, farms, specialty foods and sheep related activites.  Often just referred to as "Rhinebeck" as it is located in Rhinebeck, NY and held in late October.  We are located in Barn 31, space #4, towards the end of the fairgrounds with the Angora Goat show.

This is a fairly new show but incredibly popular and filled with alpaca enthusiasts.  It is locatd at the Howard Co. MD Fairgrounds in the upper barns and pavilions.  We are in the dinning hall just by the entrance.
